Return your product within 30 days for a refund of purchase price minus the shipping cost.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
When a product is returned after 30 days and less then 90 days in the original packaging we will issue a store credit for the amount – minus the shipping cost.
After 90 days no returns or store credit authorized.
Original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges and repairs.
Refund will be applied to the original purchasing credit card or in the form of store credit.
Refunds will usually be posted to the original purchasing credit card within 72 hours.
If your product is damaged during shipping - notify us within 3-5 business days to arrange for pick-up. Product must be in original packaging material and original condition.
If you are missing an item from your purchase - notify us within 3-5 business days to arrange for a replacement part.
Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by us for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item and you will be refunded the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product - the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.
A returned product missing a part or not in the original condition - will be charged a fee to replace the part.

Refusing to accept a delivery of a product that has been ordered by a customer will automatically result in the loss of the shipping charge and a return shipping charge will be added to the cost. In addition a 20% restocking fee will be accessed.
